WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SINUS SURGERY
It is normal to feel very tired during the 1st week, or longer following surgery. Get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluids. Patients who have had endoscopic sinus surgery should take a minimum of 1 week off of work.
If the nasal septum has been straightened, soft plastic stents are placed against each side of the septum. These will be removed 5-10 days after surgery.
